Green Dublin Apple Cocktail

Since I am trying to get in the swing for St. Patrick"s day, I made these Green Dublin Apple Cocktails.  They were really delicious, which is great, since I don't normally drink whiskey.  I found this recipe for a Green Dublin Apple Cocktail at About.com Cocktails.  The recipe called for white cranberry juice, but since I didn't have any I substituted apple juice and it was good.  Of course I always change recipes up a little bit, par for the course in my house.

Green Dublin Apple Cocktail

1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
2 oz sour apple schnapps
4 oz apple juice

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and serve over ice.

Delicious!!!

I hope you like this one also.  I always love hearing from you.

Enjoy!!!

  1. Okay, this is by far my favorite treat for St. Patrick’s Day I've seen! I love Whiskey sours, so I bet this is even better! Think I might need to go shopping after work today!!

    1. Hi Karen,
Thanks so much. It was so good. I hope you like it. It's so easy to make also. I didn't think I would like it at all, but I had to stop myself from making a second one last night.
      I hope you enjoy it.
      Have a great weekend.
