This ended up being such a great recipe. I am really excited to share it with you.
Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Lava Cake
Ingredients
1 box Duncan Hines Brownie mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
6 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 6 ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix brownie mix according to directions on the package. Then fill ramekin 1/3 full with brownie mix. Then put the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup on top of the brownie mix. Next fill the ramekin to 2/3 full with brownie mix. Do this with all of the ramekins.

Bake for 40 minutes. Take out of oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Then serve.
Serves 6

DeleteI think it would be okay in a cupcake pan. I think you would need to reduce the cooking time. Start checking it at 25 minutes. I am going to your blog now.
