Pineapple Blood Orange Cocktail for Friday's Happy Hour




I made this Pineapple Blood Orange Cocktail last week in Florida and it was SOOO GOOD!!!  I don't even like screwdrivers, but this was really good and a different take on a screwdriver.  


Pineapple Blood Orange Cocktail 

Ingredients:

2 oz Skyy Pineapple vodka 
2 oz Dekeyper or Salerno Blood Orange Liqeuer
4 oz pineapple juice

Directions:

Pour the pineapple vodka, blood orange liqueur, and pineapple juice into a glass over ice.

Stir and serve.

David and I really enjoyed this drink.  I hope you do also.  It would be really good for brunch too.
