Blue Pineapple Cocktail for Friday's Happy Hour


I made this Blue Pineapple Cocktail this week.  We have been at the house in Florida, and this seemed very tropical.  It's similiar to a Blue Wave, but a little different.  It came out really good, and is very refreshing on a hot day.

Blue Pineapple Cocktail

Ingredients:

2 oz Skyy Infused Pineapple Vodka
2 oz Blue Curacao
5 oz Pineapple Nector

Directions:

Pour all ingredients in a glass over ice.

Stir and Serve.

Makes 1 cocktail.

That was an easy one right.  This Blue Pineapple Cocktail is also delicious.  Give it a try.  Have a great weekend.
