Today we have Jelly Bean Coolers for Friday's Happy Hour. We thought theses sounded like a fun Easter cocktail. It is pretty easy to make and lots of fun to drink. You can enjoy your jelly beans like a grown up.
Cherry Jelly Bean Coolers
Ingredients:
4 oz Jolly Rancher cherry jelly bean infused vodka
6 oz white cranberry juice
4 oz lemon lime soda
Jolly Rancher jelly beans (for garnish)
Directions:
Infuse Vodka 1 1/2 cups vodka with all of the Cherry jelly bean from 2 bags of jelly beans for 2 days.
Then strain in into a pretty bottle.
Then strain in into a pretty bottle.
In a martini shaker with ice add jelly bean infused vodka, cranberry juice, and lemon lime soda and shake well.
Garnish with jelly beans.
Serves 2 7 oz cocktails.

This sounds amazing! I love cherry jelly beans and am going to make this drink soon! Quick question...the ingredients say cranberry juice, but the directions say apple juice. Just curious which one you use to make the drink. Thank you!!!

DeleteThis sounds like a cool drink! Funny, the other day we visited our daughter and they were having a party that night. She showed me the gummy bears they had soaking in vodka, said it's the new 'jello shooter' idea. First I've heard of it and now I see this recipe!
